01How the price is built

We do not sell a list price, we sell a set-up that fits your fleet.

There is no single right size. The price comes out of what you have: how many machines go into the register, how many people work in the platform, how many sites, and what you choose to use.

Number of machines

Every item in the equipment register counts. The tiers are regressive: the larger the fleet, the lower the price per machine.

Number of users

Technicians who carry out the work and coordinators who plan it are counted separately. You pay for the people who actually open the platform.

Sites and modules

Each location and each optional module — machine connectivity, predictive maintenance, the portal for external customers — is added only if you use it.

01One-off payment

Ownership Edition

You pay once and the licence is yours. Nothing compulsory each month. Implementation is in the price.

Right for you when

You want a one-off cost, no subscription, and you prefer to own the licence.

The price does not grow with the number of people who use the platform. Above the number of machines included, you pay once for each extra machine.

03Per machine

Monthly subscription

You pay for what you use: per machine and per person, with the price per machine falling as the fleet grows.

Right for you when

You want to start small and pay in proportion to the machines and the people actually working in the platform.

The bands are cumulative: you pay for each machine at the price of the band it falls into, not for the whole fleet at the price of the last band.

Implementation

How long the set-up takes depends on how many machines you have, how many procedures have to be written from scratch and how many sites there are. In the Ownership Edition it is in the price; in the other two it is invoiced separately.

Hardware and infrastructure

Terminals, label printers, sensors and the network are bought separately, at supplier cost. We help you work out how many you need and pick them, including through our partners.

The AI part is included in the platform.

Included in every mode

The Ownership Edition, the annual subscription and the monthly one all carry the same predictive part, with no separate licence.

No per-request charge

You do not pay per estimate: the model works on the fleet in the contract, however often you ask it.

Runs in your installation

Your operating data stays with you; only what the current question needs goes to the model.
