What data we collect

We collect the data you enter into the site's forms: name, company name, email address, telephone number and the message you send. The calculator form additionally sends the values you entered into the calculator and the calculated result.

We also collect technical data about the visit: entry page, referring page, campaign parameters in the address accessed, and the language selected.

Basis for processing

We process form data on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries received. Analytics and marketing cookies are used solely on the basis of the consent given through the cookie banner.

How long we keep data

Data relating to commercial enquiries is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 3 years after the last contact, except where the law requires a longer period.

Who we share data with

Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and campaign measurement, who process the data solely on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests should be sent to contact@bootintech.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
