A short project, and the factory keeps running.
Getting it running usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on how many machines you have, how many procedures have to be written from scratch and whether you connect the machines in the first stage. The first automatic services can start within two weeks.
The stages

We make the list of machines
We build the register together: machines, categories, where they stand, what documentation exists, who is responsible for them and how critical they are.

Writing the procedures
We take what your team knows and what the machine builders recommend and write it up as step-by-step procedures, with what has to be proved and the materials that go in.
- 03
We set when the service happens
We put the rule on each machine: after how many days, after how many hours run, or both.
- 04
Labelling and terminals
We print and stick the QR codes on the machines, and set up the terminals and screens for the technicians.
- 05
Connecting machines
Optional, now or later: we take the operating hours straight off the machines and from sensors.
- 06
Pilot and training
We start on a few machines, train the technicians on their own real procedures, put right whatever does not fit, and then go across the whole fleet.
What we ask of you
- A project owner on your side, available weekly
- Access to the existing technical documentation for the equipment
- A few hours of your technicians' time, for drafting the procedures
- A decision on which sites are included in the first phase

For some of our clients, the implementation is covered partly or fully through financing programmes. We support you in accessing them.

Programmes dedicated to operational digitalisation: IoT equipment, connectivity and implementation, through a direct partnership.

Loans and leasing for investment in software, hardware and digital infrastructure, with terms for SMEs.
EU funds
Non-repayable grants for SME digitalisation, with co-financing between 50% and 90%, and advisory support to access them.
Prediction starts on the data you already have.
Prediction does not need a separate project: it uses the operating hours, the jobs and the consumption the platform records from day one.
The same data, no double entry
The model reads exactly what gets written down in operation: hours, jobs done, parts used and what happened at the machine.
You switch it on for the machines you choose
It does not have to be switched on for the whole fleet. You try it on a few machines and only then spread it everywhere.
Verifiable results
Every estimate comes with the data it leaned on, so the maintenance team can compare it with what they know about the machine.
